| Performance Appraisal |

| A new employee will be assessed within 6 months of his / her joining the organisation. |
| |
| Upon successful completion of 6 months period an employee will be confirmed in service. The confirmation of service does not guarantee a salary revision, however the employee will be eligible for all the leave benefits. |

| Compensation Proposal for the review period is prepared by Human Resources Department in conjunction with the respective department heads and is finally approved by the Management. |
| |
| Increments and promotions are based on individual performance. |
| |
| Letters are normally issued to employees before payroll advice is sent to Finance department on compensation review. |
| |
| In the event of he / she being assessed “Below Average”, at the sole discretion of the company, his / her services may be terminated with a day’s notice. |
| |
| The appraisals are done by the concerned Project Managers / Group Managers / Departmental Heads after the self-assessment is done by the employee. The appraisals so completed are forwarded to the HR Department for normalisation and maintenance of records. |
