Performance Appraisal
 
A new employee will be assessed within 6 months of his / her joining the organisation.
 
Upon successful completion of 6 months period an employee will be confirmed in service. The confirmation of service does not guarantee a salary revision, however the employee will be eligible for all the leave benefits.
 
Compensation Proposal for the review period is prepared by Human Resources Department in conjunction with the respective department heads and is finally approved by the Management.
 
Increments and promotions are based on individual performance.
 
Letters are normally issued to employees before payroll advice is sent to Finance department on compensation review.
 
In the event of he / she being assessed “Below Average”, at the sole discretion of the company, his / her services may be terminated with a day’s notice.
 
The appraisals are done by the concerned Project Managers / Group Managers / Departmental Heads after the self-assessment is done by the employee. The appraisals so completed are forwarded to the HR Department for normalisation and maintenance of records.
