Attendance, Leave Policy and Holidays
 
During the probation period the employee is allowed to take one day leave per month. This leave however will not be carried over to the subsequent month.
On confirmation of employment with Teledata the employee will be governed by the leave policy The company follows the regular holiday policy and this can be had from the admin department
Upon confirmation the following leave policy would apply
Casual Leave – 12 days a year. This leave however cannot be carried over to the next calendar year and cannot be encashed
Medical Leave – 12 days a year. This leave can be carried forward for the next calendar year but cannot be encashed
