| The compensation to the employees are given in the following heads |

Earnings will comprise of |

Basic salary, HRA, Conveyance, Uniform allowance, Medical allowance and other benefits |

Deductions will comprise of |

Provident fund, ESI, Income tax deducted at source, advance and others |

| |
| The salary would be credited to the account of the employee, which has to be opened with the State bank of India. For candidates posted outside Chennai, the corresponding branch of SBI near to the office would apply |
| |
| Compensation review is done once a year in the month of March. |
