To develop domestic clientele for marine / utilities software products / solutions of the company
 
To develop clientele in Dubai or elsewhere when posted for our marine / utilities software products / solutions
 
To achieve the business targets set
 
Comparing with other competitors’ products and finding the area of improvement in our product and provide the feed back to the development team
 
To control and supervise the work of other marketing executives allotted under your control in Chennai and any other place of your posting. To evaluate their performance and submit performance report on them periodically to the management
 
Maintain the list of potential customers visited, progress on sales effort and their feedback on the products/ solutions etc.
 
Carry out other duties as assigned by the management from time to time but you will be judged by the amount of orders received primarily. The management will also monitor the potential clients cultivated and developed. Use the existing marketing material and hard copy of reports during initial visits and will have to attain proficiency in showing demos and presentations. You will also be developing fresh marketing literature, presentations etc.
 
Undertake traveling for demos and marketing all over India or elsewhere outside the country as and when necessary.
 
Project Implementation
 
Plan, Co-ordinate, implement and monitor all marine / Utility products and solutions where you got the orders
 
All the functions of Marketing & development of your department assigned to your control and carried out smooth function of the Unit.
 
In liaison with the Financial Controller, profit / cost centers are identified and financial controls are initiated appropriately.
 
Interact with customers to maximize the inflow of money to the company.
 
Help to formulate and establish the company's vision in its business lines.
 
Administer the operations within the budget allocated
 
Prepare periodical reporting formats (Weekly, Fortnightly, Monthly, Quarterly) on all aspects of the operations and make the reporting formats meaningful at all times providing necessary MIS to the management.
 
Absence of operational crisis and quick response to urgent needs of customer support
 
Successful implementation of the new projects and implementation of future vision of the company
 
Quick and effective response to calls from the Management
 
Incorporating budgets for both income and expenses and strict adherence of the same
 
Aiming for company growth as evidenced in working in synergy with the other branches in the company, in the interest of overall profitability and all round growth.
 
Quality of the Review of the corporate plans, strategy and image of the company,
 
Quality of the recommendations to the management
 
Facilitate to generate minimum sales target every month and take steps to achieve the targets
 
Provide market feedback to the developers so that the products can be constantly improved to keep Products in the forefront of the market.
 
The earliest period by which this division in particular and the company in general become financially independent and profit making
