| Managing the sales team in Chennai and co-coordinating with the dealers. |

| Comparing with other competitors’ products and finding the area of improvement in our product |

| Set targets for the Chennai Marketing team for every month. The minimum order expected is 60 Institutions per year and 15 per quarter and six in the first two months. |

Supervise the work of other marketing executives employed in Chennai. |
| |
| Maintain the list of Institutions visited, progress etc. and bring from every Institution, their prospectus and timetable and other material suitable for software development. |
| |
| Maintain liaison with the Principals, Correspondents of Educational Institutions. |
| |
| Give your inputs to the EMS team. |
| |
| Give a presentation and submit report of your work and other marketing executives in Chennai. Plans for the next calendar period quarter, month and fortnight and week, will be submitted to the management for review. |

| Carry out other duties as assigned by the management from time to time but you will be judged by the amount of orders placed primarily. The management will also monitor the potential clients cultivated and developed. Use the existing marketing material and hard copy of reports during initial visits and will have to attain proficiency in showing demos and presentations. You will also be developing fresh marketing literature, presentations etc. |

| Undertake traveling for demos and marketing all over India as and when necessary. |

| Organize seminars or meetings of official importance. |

| Show progress in sales in a month’s time. |

| Prepare/modify User Manual / Documentation |

| Maintain all enhancements, suggestions and errors from dealers and co-ordinate with the programmers and implement the same |

| Create and manage the sales pipeline; directly interface with prospective clients' executive teams to facilitate all stages of a sale |

| Drive and create proposals, business cases, and responses to customers' business requirements |
| |
| Work closely in co-ordination with all members in the Teledata family. |
