Installation of the company software(s) at customer’s site as per company’s directives to the customer’s satisfaction
 
Collecting data from the customers, providing the same to development centre for providing / building the database.
 
Interface with customer and development centre.
 
Reporting of errors to the PM and posting it into company’s TQMS
 
Functioning under the supervision & instructions of the respective PM.
 
Following QMS procedures in all the activities being performed at all times, in achieving the company’s quality objectives
 
Maintaining documents as per QMS procedures
 
Following the bench mark(s) set by the respective PM.
 
Checking out & in of forms from the source only through the in-charge of the repository.
 
Posting of errors, as bugs into the TQMS and bringing the same to the notice of the respective PM, whenever he / she works with a software for development or testing or for carrying out functional tests.
 
Posting of “completed” status to the TQMS, once the error correction is completed.
