| Collecting data from the customers, providing the same to development centre for providing / building the database. |

| Functioning under the supervision & instructions of the respective PM. |

| Following QMS procedures in all the activities being performed at all times, in achieving the company’s quality objectives |

| Maintaining documents as per QMS procedures |

| Following the bench mark(s) set by the respective PM. |
| |
| Checking out & in of forms from the source only through the in-charge of the repository. |
| |
| Posting of errors, as bugs into the TQMS and bringing the same to the notice of the respective PM, whenever he / she works with a software for development or testing or for carrying out functional tests. |

| Posting of “completed” status to the TQMS, once the error correction is completed. |
