Direct Recruitment Through Advertisements
 
Study the Manpower requirement of required skills sets and experience criteria.
Prepare draft advertisement and get it approved by the concerned head.
Get the design from identified agency.
Release the advertisement through agency.
 
Collect all the resumes received as response to the advertisement or contacts.
Segregate the applications by years of experience and skills.
Screen the applications to match the required skills- Short Listing
Get the applications reviewed by the concerned personnel
Call the candidates for test / interview through e-mail, Telephone, Telegram and Mail.
Administer test for all the candidates with less experience.
If the recruitment is for a technical position we need to get the appropriate technical interviewing panel from Vice President (Development Services).
Conduct interviews and recommend selected candidates.
If the requirement is for Manager and above posts the interview will have to be scheduled with the an appropriate senior management personnel may be in the rank of Vice President / Managing Director
