| All employees of Teledata will strictly abide by the rules and regulations governing the employment as laid out from time to time. Any deviation to this code of conduct would result in serious repercussion. |

| All information, systems, rules and procedures in Teledata will have to be guarded in utmost faith and these should not be divulged out to any one outside the family of Teledata. |

| The decision and the discretion of the management are final and no one would be able to reverse or unnecessarily question (without logical evidences) such decisions taken from time to time. |
