Through Referrals, job portals and Placement Consultants
 
The other possible sources through which we could refer a candidate to a requirement are through employee referrals, job portals and through various placement consultants. The modus of selection would remain as applicable to that of candidates coming in through advertisements
 
Once the candidate is found fit for employment with the company a formal recommendation (through the candidate recommendation form) is made by the concerned department to the HR department. The HR department then prepares an initial offer letter, which would contain a brief detail of the post selected for, his gross compensation and the place and date of reporting. The candidate signs the copy in duplicate as an acknowledgement towards the acceptance of the offer.
 
A detailed letter of appointment, which would contain the terms of employment and the detail job description, will be issued to the candidate on the date of joining. The candidate will have got to comply with joining formalities like medical clearance and joining formalities clearance for him/her to be formally inducted into the system
