The salary would be credited to the account of the employee, which has to be opened with the State bank of India. For candidates posted outside Chennai, the corresponding branch of SBI near to the office would apply
 
The appraisal process is done twice a year based on the date of joining of the employee.
 
Compensation Proposal for the review period is prepared by Human Resources Department and approved by the Managing Director.
 
Increments and promotions are based on individual performance.
 
Letters are normally issued to employees before payroll advice is sent to Finance department on compensation review.
 
A new employee will be assessed within 6 months of his / her joining the organisation.
 
In the event of he / she being assessed “Below Average”, at the sole discretion of the company, his / her services may be terminated with a day’s notice.
