Training Feedback

At the end of a programme, the Training-in-Charge is required to obtain a formal feedback from the participants. Summarise feedback into a formal report and take corrective actions as necessary.

The division-wise annual training report on the programmes organised / attended, man -days involved against particular programme has to be prepared and circulated among the Divisional Heads.

Evaluation of participants is an integral part of the training programme. The attendance and punctuality of the participants has to be monitored during the training programme by the Training Division.

The Training Division is equipped adequately for conducting training internally. Audio/visual equipment like OHP, TV, VCR, PC to Screen Projector etc. is available for programmes as required.

The feedback is collected at the end of the course to evaluate the training programme. End-course feedback is formal and is administered on completion of a programme. This feedback is obtained from the participants and is both quantitative and qualitative in nature. Participants rate a programme on various aspects, namely the methodology, the contents, the faculty, the courseware, the learning etc. in the course feedback form.

After the formal feedback is obtained, the Training-in-Charge makes a summary report on the programme. It contains the following details:
Participant evaluation, if applicable
Summary of course ratings
Summary of observations made by the participants
Critical observations by the Training Head for programme improvement
