All programmes are formally announced and nomination call is made through a formal communication to all Functional / Divisional / Project Heads. The nomination has to be communicated at least 7 days in advance.
 
The concerned Heads are informed by the Training-in-Charge through a formal communication about confirmation of nominees to the programme. The communication carries details of the course, the venue, faculty, preparation required, etc.
 
Cancellation / Withdrawal from programmes will be allowed and can happen due to the following reasons:
Critical project requirement
Sudden illness or any exigency by which a person has to go on leave
Travel on official duty
 
The cancellation / withdrawal will be with the knowledge of the concerned Head.
The Training Programme can be cancelled in case of insufficient nominations. The minimum number of nominations required may change depending on the training programme and will be decided by the Training-in-Charge.
 
All logistics arrangement for a programme is made at least 2 days before the programme is due. This will include intimating the faculty and participants about the content and schedule of the programme, the venue, course material, travel arrangements (in case of external programmes), etc.
