Training and development has and will always be an integral part of human resources management activity. Teledata has embarked on this for all these years and would strive to maintain high training standards while updating and upgrading the knowledge base of its human resources
 
The following activities are carried out by the Training function:
 
Identifying training needs.
Scheduling the Training Calendar.
Need based training to be provided as and when required.
 
The Training-in-charge with the concerned heads identifies the training requirements as and when required by the department needs. The following inputs eventually go into the Training Calendar:
Technical training emerging from business needs.
Management and behavioural programmes emerging from business needs and organisation development activities.
Role specific training needs.
Skill needs obtained from resource requirements received from overseas.
