Teledata will strive to work towards making the work place the best for the employees. We will slowly evolve and bring in policies and measures that will make us as a preferred employer and will generate a sense of contention amongst people working for Teledata. The measures laid under are however and beginning towards setting up the best work practices.
 
Birthdays, anniversaries and days of special importance to the employees. Gift Vouchers to the value of Rs.500/- would be given on each of the occasion (birthday and Wedding day as applicable)
   
Teledata will celebrate its annual day with its employees and its family either in form of an annual get together (organising for some cultural events) or will sponsor its employees to a trip (not exceeding two holidays preferably a Saturday and Sunday) the value of the same would be Rs.750/- per employee
   
Employee contingency Fund – Every one will be required to expend for emergency and will surely be running in for the last minute money. Teledata would constitute an employee contingency fund to meet these emergency expenses (like medical, marriage needs etc). This fund can be availed by an employee once he / she completes one full year of employment with Teledata. This will be however upto a maximum of a month’s gross salary of the employee and will be at the sole discretion of the management. The loan thus sanctioned will be recovered in 5 equated instalments. Should an employee leave the service of the organisation and is pending payment for the loan the total due amount will have to paid back or will be adjusted out of the settlement and only in the event of settlement will the employee deemed relieved of service and would be given the relieving certificate.
